UPVC DOORS & WINDOWS

THE CHEMISTRY DOES THE WORK

Wood needs repainting every year. Aluminium conducts heat straight through. UPVC does neither, and it carries a property most sellers never mention: the material itself resists combustion, not through a coating, but through its basic chemistry. Every frame is custom manufactured to your exact opening, UV protected for direct Indian sun, and built to hold its shape and colour for decades.

◈

Fire Resistant by Chemistry

The polymer itself resists combustion, not a surface coating that wears off over time.

◇

Genuine Thermal Insulation

Multi-chamber profile traps air, keeping interiors cooler in summer and warmer in winter.

◎

Zero Annual Maintenance

No repainting, no rust treatment, no warping repairs. Install once, forget about upkeep.

◻

Custom to Your Opening

Every frame measured and manufactured to your exact aperture, not sold off a generic shelf.

A Fact Most Buyers Never Hear

UPVC Does Not Just Resist Fire.
Its Chemistry Fights Combustion Itself.

Liquid paint dries through solvent evaporation, which leaves microscopic gaps in the film as those solvents escape. Those gaps are where moisture gets in first, where chipping starts first, and where the coating begins its slow failure from day one. Powder coating cures differently, the dry powder melts and cross-links into a single continuous film with no solvent to evaporate and no gaps left behind. It is not a thicker layer of the same idea, it is a fundamentally different chemistry, and it is why the finish lasts years longer under identical conditions.

Why UPVC Over Wood or Aluminium

Three Materials, One Honest Comparison

Wood swells in the monsoon and needs repainting every year without fail. Aluminium conducts heat straight through the frame and corrodes near the coast. UPVC does neither, and our profiles carry UV protection specifically formulated for direct Indian sun exposure, so the frame keeps its colour and structural integrity through summers that fade lesser material within a few years.

Precision Before Production

On-Site Survey, Then We Manufacture

We Measure First

Every aperture is surveyed on site before manufacturing begins. UPVC frames are made to order and cannot be trimmed later.

Custom Manufactured

Frames extruded and fabricated to your exact opening dimensions, at Derabassi, not off a shelf.

Precise Installation

Fitted by a trained team, sealed correctly the first time, no gaps for draughts or water to find their way in.

Questions

Before You
Order

What architects and homeowners ask before specifying UPVC doors and windows.

Yes, and the reason is chemical rather than incidental. Unplasticised PVC requires a much higher oxygen concentration to sustain combustion than normal air provides, and the chlorine in the material interferes with the burning process once started. Wood has no equivalent property. This does not make UPVC fireproof, but it is meaningfully more fire resistant than timber framing by its basic composition.

It means the profile is formulated specifically to resist the fading, chalking, and brittleness that ordinary plastics develop under prolonged direct sunlight. Indian summer sun is intense enough to degrade unprotected material within a few years. UV protected profiles hold their colour and structural strength for decades under the same exposure.

Yes. Every frame is measured on site and manufactured to your exact opening dimensions. Finish options include white, anthracite grey, black smooth, and wood-look finishes including dark oak, mahogany, and golden oak.

UPVC does not corrode, which aluminium can do over time in coastal or chemically exposed environments. UPVC also does not conduct heat the way aluminium does, so buildings with UPVC framing typically see lower cooling loads near large window areas.

Once the on-site survey confirms exact dimensions, manufacturing typically takes 1 to 3 weeks depending on order size and finish selection, followed by installation scheduling coordinated with your project timeline.
