Cold Chain Infrastructure
The Cold Chain Fails Where Two Trades Meet.
Walk into a failed cold store and the panels are usually fine and the steel is usually fine. What failed is the junction between them, the place a structural engineer and a panel installer never actually coordinated. ACE designs the structure and the insulated envelope as one system, so there is no gap for the cold to leak through.
What Cold Chain Actually Demands
Cold chain is unforgiving because the failures are invisible until the energy bill arrives or the product spoils. Condensation, thermal bridging, and a broken vapour barrier do not announce themselves. They just quietly cost you money and risk your product every day the facility runs.
01
Temperature Matched to Duty
A chiller at plus four degrees and a blast freezer at minus thirty five are not the same building. Panel thickness, floor insulation, and door specification all change with the zone, and getting it wrong is expensive in both directions.
02
Continuous Thermal Envelope
The insulation has to be continuous from floor slab to roof, through every structural penetration. A single thermal bridge at a column base becomes a condensation problem and an energy leak for the life of the facility.
03
One Point of Accountability
When the structure and the panels come from two suppliers, the junction between them is nobody’s responsibility. ACE builds both, so the whole envelope is one team’s job to get right.
What We Build for Cold Chain
Cold Storage Structures
Complete cold chain facility shells, structure and insulated envelope designed as one system.
Cold Room Panels
Insulated panel enclosures from chiller rooms to blast freeze chambers.
PIR Wall Panels
Superior thermal performance and stability for deep freeze and demanding cold storage.
PUF Roof Panels
Insulated roofing that stops the largest energy loss surface on any cold store.
Industrial Warehouses
Large-span cold chain distribution centres for refrigerated logistics.
Insulated Water Tanks
Temperature-stable water storage for facilities in extreme climate zones.
What Holds a Cold Chain Together
Zone-Specific Design
Panel and floor specification matched to your exact temperature duty, chiller to blast freeze.
Vapour Barrier Continuity
Sealed continuously from floor to roof, the detail most cold stores get wrong.
Thermal Bridge Free
Every structural penetration broken thermally, designed before the steel is cut.
NABL Tested Performance
Panel thermal values backed by accredited laboratory results, not estimates.
Built So the Cold Stays Where You Put It.
ACE has delivered cold storage and cold chain infrastructure across food, pharmaceutical, and logistics operations. Because we manufacture the PIR and PUF panels and build the structure in-house, we resolve the junctions, the vapour barriers, and the thermal breaks at design stage. That is the difference between a cold store that holds its temperature for twenty years and one that starts leaking energy in its second summer.
