There is a real difference between a panel made in a batch and a panel made on a continuous line, and you feel it years later when one facility holds its temperature and another does not. A batch process varies from run to run. A continuous line produces the same density, the same thermal value, and the same quality on every metre of every panel, because it never stops to reset. That is the line we run at Derabassi.
The steel side of the facility works to the same standard. Structural members are cut, punched, and drilled to shop drawings under factory conditions, so nothing needs cutting or welding on your site. Every hole lines up because the tolerance was controlled here, not improvised in the field by whoever was available that day.
What ties it together is that the panels and the structures are made in the same place, by the same company. When a cold storage project needs both a steel frame and an insulated envelope, we engineer them as one system, which is exactly why the junctions that fail on other people’s sites do not fail on ours.
