WATER THAT
STAYS THE SAME TEMPERATURE
It Is Not About Adding a Layer.
It Is About Stopping Heat Transfer Completely.
Qualification does not care how good the panels are if the door lets the environment down. A door with a raised profile traps particulate in every recess. An unsealed edge leaks the pressure differential that keeps the clean zone clean. An exposed hinge mechanism is a surface nobody can wipe. The door is the most-used opening in a clean room and the easiest place to compromise it, which is exactly why it has to be engineered to the same standard as the wall, not bought as an afterthought.
Four Things That
Make This Tank Work
75mm of Continuous PUF Insulation
A full 75mm layer of high density polyurethane foam surrounds the inner tank completely, not just on the sides. This is the layer doing the actual work of slowing heat transfer in either direction, and its thickness is why the tank holds a stable temperature through a full Indian summer and winter.
Jointless FRP Outer Casing
The 4mm outer shell is moulded as one seamless piece, not welded or bolted together from panels. Every joint on a tank is a future failure point where water gets in, UV degrades the material faster, or a crack eventually starts. A jointless shell has none of these weaknesses.
Patented Construction Method
The specific way the layers are assembled and sealed is protected technology, developed to maintain insulation performance at temperature extremes most tanks are never actually tested against. This is the difference between a tank that is insulated and a tank that stays insulated for years.
Locking Hinged Lid
A tank is only as clean as its weakest entry point, and an unsealed lid is the most common way contaminants get into stored water. The hinged lid with a locking arrangement keeps out debris, insects, and birds, every day, not just when someone remembers to check it.
Which Capacity
Fits Your Need
Three Layers,
Built as One System
Cut through the wall of the tank and this is what you find. An inner shell holding the water, a continuous ring of PUF insulation doing the actual thermal work, and a jointless FRP outer casing protecting the whole assembly from weather, impact, and UV exposure. Each layer is engineered to work with the others, not bolted on as separate components.
Built for Extreme
Temperature Swings
High Altitude &
Hill Stations
Where ordinary tanks freeze solid overnight, this one keeps water liquid and usable through winter.
Peak Summer
Rooftops
North Indian rooftop tanks that would otherwise scald hot by afternoon stay at a genuinely usable temperature.
Remote Site
Camps
Labour colonies and construction site accommodation where temperature control cannot depend on daily maintenance.
Defence &
Border Installations
Installations in extreme climate zones where reliable water storage is a genuine operational requirement.
Questions
Before You
Order
What buyers actually ask before specifying an insulated water tank.
How cold or hot can it get before the insulation stops working?
The tank is rated to perform across an unusually wide range, from -60°C to +60°C. That is not a typo. It means the same tank holds up on a rooftop in peak Punjab summer and survives a Himalayan winter without the stored water freezing solid. Most insulated tanks on the market are not rated anywhere close to this range.
What is the outer shell actually made from, and why does it matter?
A 4mm thick FRP casing, moulded as a single jointless piece. No seams means no weak points where water can seep in, no joints for UV to degrade first, and no welded corners to eventually crack under thermal cycling. The outer shell is not an afterthought, it is engineered to survive outdoors for years without maintenance.
Is the insulation technology actually patented, or is that just marketing language?
Yes, the construction method is patented. This is not a generic PUF-wrapped tank assembled the way dozens of small manufacturers do it. The specific layered construction and sealing process is protected technology, which is part of why the temperature performance holds up where cheaper alternatives fail.
What sizes are available, and which one do I actually need?
300, 500, 1000, 2000, and 5000 litre capacities as standard. A household of 4 to 6 people typically needs 1000 litres of live storage. Housing societies and small commercial sites usually start at 2000 litres. Tell us your household size or facility headcount and we will confirm the right capacity.
Does the tank meet the Indian Standard for water storage tanks?
Yes, it conforms to IS 12701 of 1996, the governing standard for water storage tanks in India. This is not a claim we make loosely, the tank is built to that specification from the material selection through to the locking lid design.
Why does the lid lock, and does that actually matter?
The hinged top lid has a locking arrangement specifically to keep out debris, insects, birds, and anything else that finds its way onto an open rooftop tank. An unlocked or poorly sealed lid is one of the most common ways stored water gets contaminated, so this is not a minor detail.
