For close to two decades ACE has designed, manufactured, and erected prefabricated buildings for the clients who cannot afford them to fail. The armed forces, government departments, and industry across the country, served by one company that owns every step of the build.
We do the work that other builders quietly hand to someone else.
Most companies in this trade are assemblers. They buy panels from one supplier, steel from another, doors from a third, and hire a crew to bolt it together on your site. When something does not fit, the blame travels down a chain of vendors nobody wants to own. ACE was built to be the opposite of that. We are a manufacturer first, and we keep design, fabrication, and erection inside the same company, so there is exactly one name on the structure and it is ours.
It is an old idea, really. Do the work properly, know more about it than the client has to, and price it fairly. That is how ACE earned pioneer standing in India’s prefabricated building sector, and it is why the toughest buyers in the country, the ones ordering shelters for a border posting or a cold chain that cannot lose a degree, keep coming back to a factory in Derabassi.

Every Step of the Build
ACE Prefab India, operating as ACE Builders and Engineers, spent its first years supplying the hardest customers a young manufacturer can have. The Indian Army and government departments do not accept excuses tied to a supplier you have never heard of. When a building has to go up on a high-altitude posting or a government deadline, the people ordering it need one company they can hold to account. We built the business, deliberately, to be that company.
So we brought everything in-house. The panels are pressed on our own continuous line. The steel is cut and drilled in our own shop. Our own crews put the structure up on site. Nothing critical is farmed out, which means there is no gap for accountability to fall through, and no supplier we cannot answer for.
Two decades on, that same discipline serves cold storage operators, pharmaceutical and food manufacturers, and industrial clients nationwide, alongside the defence and government work we started with. From Derabassi, Punjab we make sandwich panels, pre-engineered steel buildings, modular structures, FRP and UPVC products, and insulated water tanks, and we deliver them across India and into export markets.
