Anyone can print a number on a brochure. The difference is whether an independent body has tested it and put their name to it. Every performance claim ACE makes is backed by an accreditation you can check.

ISO 9001:2015
Our entire manufacturing process runs under certified quality management, from raw material intake through to dispatch. It is what makes the consistency we promise auditable.
NABL Accredited
The thermal conductivity values on our spec sheets are not estimates. They are results from NABL-accredited laboratory testing, which is the difference between a claim and a measurement.
Eurofins Certified
Independently tested fire resistance, including two-hour ratings on 100mm and 80mm Rockwool panels and 100mm PIR. Not every manufacturer in India carries this. We do.
BIS Compliant
Our products are manufactured to conform with the relevant Bureau of Indian Standards requirements for quality, safety, and structural performance.
Defence Approved
Cleared to supply the Indian Armed Forces and government departments, with the compliance documentation those projects require.
In-House QC
Three-stage inspection with batch marking and full traceability, so any panel can be traced back to its exact production run and material lot.

How We Prove It
From Raw Material
to Certificate
Material Inspection
Every incoming coil, core chemical, and steel section is checked against specification before it reaches the line. A certificate is only as honest as the material behind it.
In-Process Control
Density, thickness, bond, and thermal value are watched as panels are pressed, so a fault is caught on the line, not discovered later inside your building.
Dispatch & Traceability
Finished panels are batch marked before they leave, so any panel on your site can be traced back to its exact production run and material lot.
Accredited Testing
The figures on our spec sheets come from NABL-accredited labs and Eurofins fire testing, measured by people with no reason to flatter the result.
Why It Matters
A Certificate Is a Promise Someone Checked
When you specify a panel for a cold store, a clean room, or a fire compartment, you are trusting a number. A thermal value. A fire rating. If that number turns out to be optimistic, you find out in the worst possible way, when the facility underperforms or the fire spreads further than it should have.
That is why independent certification matters more than any claim we could make ourselves. A NABL-accredited test result means an accredited laboratory measured the panel and stands behind the figure. A Eurofins fire certificate means an independent body burned the panel and recorded how it behaved. These are not our words, they are verifiable facts, and we will provide the certificates for your tender or compliance file on request.
For our defence and government clients this is not optional, it is the baseline. We built the certification and documentation discipline into the business because our earliest customers demanded it, and every customer since has benefited from it.
